Throughout my coaching practice, I worked with a few mentors and supervisors in coaching, who I am grateful to for the level of mastery I have gained from working together. It was hard for me at first to admit that I needed to talk to coaching professionals who have been practicing for longer than I had, to admit that there were issues where I needed to work under the guidance of a person who could show me how else I should be present as a coach.

It has been hard for me to accept that learning requires vulnerability. I have learned that when the coaching process is acquired and practiced and the level of coaching skills, it is one that helps clients create the desired results and for me, as a coach, development could not have stopped there. I think the mentoring relationship can help us be better coaches and deepen the coaching skills and the skills to create a sustainable coaching practice.

As a coach, since 2007, I have personally passed through all these levels of ICF accreditation, but also through all the worries, doubts, unclearities in the coaching processes that I have been part of.

As a mentor, I have learned that I enjoyed every success of my coach clients and I now know that by training each other, we can better serve the people around us and their transformation.

I am inviting you to work together.
