Coaching a team is a companionship approach applied to the team as an “ensemble” that acts together or separately for an agreed period of time. ARCHITECTURE OF A TEAM COACHING PROJECT:

The architecture of a team coaching process is based on the goals the team has to achieve. They can be simpler or more complex architectures in terms of steps that will be taken by the coach with the client team.

 

The “measurable results-centered” coaching approach can be applied at the level of leadership, negotiation, research, innovation, and development, sales or production teams, which will help them develop new creative strategies focused on their projects and improving performance.

The process may be punctual to achieve a concrete and specific team result or long-term accompaniment that brings profound changes to team dynamics, members’ mentality and how they act inside and outside the organization, together and separately, during a transformation or transition.
