I’ve been working as a coach since 2007 with clients from various companies among Consultancy, Pharma, Retail, Logistics, Automotive, Publishing, Insurance and Brokerage, Energy, Marketing, Telecommunication, Oil & Gas, FMCG, banking, tech, IT&C…During these years, I have coached more than 350 leaders and over 60 teams to put into practice the changes they needed to achieve the results they really wanted.

I enjoy coaching entrepreneurs in different life stage of creating their company, from start up to exit.
My first dream for my career was to be a psychologist. I studied psychology thoroughly, practiced it and I can say it was a dream come true. I have been a psychologist with both private and organizational practice since 2000, focusing on training and developing personal and professional skills. After that I was mesmerized by the organizational world, by the way right people at the right place can make entire companies perform very well. I have appreciated working with ambitious managers who could influence the lives of people around them. From 2005 until the beginning of 2008, I worked as a Human Resources Manager at Real – Hypermarket, a member of the Metro Group.
Though I have been deeply fascinated by the experience of being part of an organization and thus contributing to my results, over time I have realized that my vocation is to be “on the edge of organizations”, to witness the dynamics and underlying structures of an organization, teams or leaders and the most valuable position for me was to be a coach.

Professional coaching skills
My coaching practice is based on systemic thinking – the ability to see patterns, interrelations and underlying structure, that creates behaviour and results in a living system (humanly or socially, as organizations are). My first coaching school was Metasysteme Coaching, followed by Transformational Coaching and Leadership, Academy of Executive Coaching, Systemic coaching and constellations. I am certified as a Master Certified CoachTM (MCC) by International Coach Federation – ICF.
I am an advocate of transformational coaching, following Alain Seale’s school as well as structural analysis, following the Process Communication Model school, along with John Parr. I also studied systemic coaching with the Academy of Executive Coaching and Systemic coaching and also Constellations along with John Whittington.
I am an active contributor to the development of professional coaching practice in Romania, I have supported the European Mentoring and Coaching Council in Romania as Vice President and I am a member in the Local Chapter of the International Coach Federation.
I have obtained accreditations and competencies for several individual and organizational diagnostics tools, such as: Hogan Assessments, Proccess Communication Model, Leadership Versatility. I have practiced coaching with executives, directors, managers and eentrepreneur, with management and board teams and other functional teams, both in multinational and entrepreneurial companies. Also, I partnered with several organisatons in implemeting internal coaching structures (from competencies transfer to mentoring and supervising internal coaches).
